If you want work added after you sign, we write a new line with its own price and you sign that line before the crew starts it.
If we find rotten decking under the old shingle we show it to you, and it is billed at the price per sheet the estimate already names. Nothing else is added without your signature.

We move the date if the weather makes the work unsafe, and you are told the same day it is moved.

We pull the permit and we book the city inspection. Both sit inside the fixed price.
We need the driveway and the ground around the house clear on the day. Move cars and garden furniture, and take anything fragile off the walls inside.
