A roof inspection is forty checkpoints on the roof and in the attic, written down the same day. We look at shingles, flashing, boots, valleys and ventilation, then check the underside of the deck for moisture. You get the report with photos of everything we flag, whether the roof needs work now or in five years. There is no obligation to book anything with us.
